DG Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. established in 1988, is Thailand’s stationery company based in Bangkok contributing to the industry’s growth for over 20 years. Our company is dedicated in distributing fine painting instruments and high-quality stationery products throughout Thailand. Our suppliers include Talens from Netherlands, Derwent from England, Isomar from India, Impex from Japan and many more.
Our company is looking for aMarketing Assistant/ Digital Marketing Staff.The position is responsible for the purchasing function and works as a team.
The responsibilities of the Purchasing Assistant are:

• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
• Handle sales & marketing activity to meet customer inquiries, and target.
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns, workshops and events as agreed within timescales both in Bangkok and other provinces.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity and making the marketing report for the management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing and/or related areas
• Marketing ideas, knowledge initiative & creativity
• Basic of web site management and/or social media
• Good command of Thai and computer literate
• Good communication, good interpersonal skills, good teamwork skills

Salary: Negotiable
Our company is looking for aPurchasing Assistant.The position is responsible for the purchasing function and works as a team.
The responsibilities of the Purchasing Assistant are:

• Performing all purchasing activities as directed by the Purchasing Manager.
• Analyzing the local raw material situation and ensuring that it would aim to decrease the cost of purchased goods.
• Maintaining contact with local & overseas suppliers.
• Monitoring and maintaining a purchasing database.
• Applying effective negotiation techniques to the work.
• Performing supplier evaluations.
• Other duties as needed or assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing and/or related areas (e.g. import-export)
• Initiative and good teamwork skills
• Interest to develop his/her skills in purchasing in an international company
• Good English skill (Writing)
• Computer skills (Microsoft word and Excel)

Salary: Negotiable
